Hello! I just got my topic for this year's Model United Nations. I'll be representing Pakistan for the WHO. Our topic this year is treating and preventing HIV in developing countries. If anyone could contribute any information and/or ideas, they would be greatly appretiated! What is the "3X5" movement? Thanks ^^.

y'know, i though 3x5 was about index cards. turns out, it's a program intended to deliver HIV HAART therapy to 3 million people by 2005 (I think my year is off)?

as for MUN, my boyfriend used to do that. he's a very skilled public speaker, and if only he didn't love science so much, i'd have told him he would make a good lawyer. funny, others said he'd make a good preacher (except for the not-believing-in-God part). but i digress. at his last conference ages ago, he represented Uganda and the topic was ending famine. he proposed some ideas involving food irradiation.
