I'd want a little guardian angel to sit on my shoulder to tell me it's alright, and to encourage me. Simply because my mother can't always be with me to tell me these things and keep my head on the grounds, not in the clouds.

That, or a piggybank. A very special piggybank. Anyone remember the story of the seive that gave unlimited amounts of rice? Well, I want a piggybank that does that. That way, I could be an ambassador to Australia, have my truck, and have money to attend Cornish College for the Arts. And I could donate to Paws, HIKE, and various other charities.

I would want an unlimited supply of good oboe and english horn reeds. OOoooooh, I'm so mad at my reeds! Not a SINGLE one works, and now I have to start making my own! Ughhh.

A loving, fulfilling relationship with both Gillian Anderson and Annabeth Gish. Sure it's selfish, but we all deserve a little self-indulgence sometimes.

My P.E. teacher dressed as Lucy Liu out of Charlies Angels(during the evil efficiecny manager bit) sprawled out on my bed waiting for me when I come home. And wanting me too. That would be handy. And then a loving relationship with her.

i'd wish that my graduate school applications came with one question: what is your name? and based on my response, all the graduate schools (and medical schools) i applied to would be on their knees begging me to attend their institution, with fat research grants flying my way.

would be nice.

till then, i have to cram for the GRE and fill out a crapload of forms and get my profs to write me nice things.

Sanity! Hahaha.... I wish that I could have a magical cure for depression, and that it wouldnt have icky side effects like the stuff that my friends use...and that I could just take one dose and I would feel all better! Depression sucks.

Stability.

I crave stability more than I crave food. Or love. Or sex.

Maybe that's because stability is so much more difficult to get...

Angel, if you learn to do them right, reeds you make yourself are so much better than commercial ones, so just keep at it, and be proud you can play a double reed at all without passing out. I guess I'd just like to be able to know what I need to do to get what I want. Does that make any sense?

What are reeds?

I would want nothing to happen to my friends and family. It's scary to think about how much different my life would be without them.

Reeds are flat pieces of shaved bamboo that are bound across the opening on the mouthpiece of clarinets and saxophones and blown across to make noise (single reeds), or two thin pieces of the same material bound together and blown into on oboes, bassoons, English horns and the like (double reeds)

well, this kind of turned into what we wish we could have rather than things we couldn't live with out. so, i'll go along with what it turned into.

i'd like, for one, for my life to finally get moving. i'm in such a rut right now. i can't wait til it starts up again. and for two, i'd really like to find a nice guy to have a relationship. not the man i'm going to marry, but just a nice guy to have a starting relationship with. i've yet to have a good relationship, i'ven't even had a bad one!

If I could have one thing in the whole world, it would be that my best friend, [edited: Please refrain from using names here, as we wouldn't want to offend anyone], would stop sleeping around, especially with out using any protection. If she would just be the smart girl I know she is, maybe I could get some sleep at night.

Hmm, I already have true love, and that's wonderful. So the next thing I want is a rewarding job that I enjoy doing that pays enough to keep me alive. I'm scared that it might be impossible to find...

If I could have anything in the entire world it would be...

The cure of my 18 year old boyfriend. He is currently suffering from relapsed Hodgkin's Disease (cancer) and he has a 70% chance of cure...but I'd give anything for it to be 100%

I used to think it would be to have a different name. I mean, Electra? Kinda weird. But I've gotten to where I like my name because it makes me unique. I don't know anyone else named Electra and it makes me feel special, in a way. If I could have one thing in the whole world, it would be world peace.-Everybody accepting everybody for who they are.

I think that I would choose to have control over time. Yeah. Stop it, slow it down, speed it up, go back, go forward. That way, I'd have all the time in the world to meditate on why I shouldn't be in control of time instead of having no time to meditate on why I should. Heehee... I can see it now... expanding into the vastness of the infinite, becoming one with the flow of the universe. wheeee!

I mean, if time was in one's pocket, space wouldn't matter, nor would deadlines. My, that would be nice...

Hey, I'm glad I found a Harry Potter fan on here!

Mine would have to be the same as BuffChick's. I would love to live in world were I could make potions and perform charms and spells. But, I would have to go out with Ron to be totally happy there.

My second one is to all ways be happy and do the right thing. Although i would miss how i felt after things get better again.

Hey, I am so happy to finally find a Harry Potter fan on here. Mine would have to be the same as yours BuffChick. But I would have to date Ron or Fred to be totally happy there.

The other thing I would want would be to live in a world were there is peace. I wish there would be peace in Isreal and between U.S and Afganistan.

Hmm... this will have to be a tie:

love or happiness

True love would be great to have but to be able to be completely happy with myself, my life and everything around me would be just as good.
