Hi! So, I'm a little nervous. A few days ago, the 26th, I went out with my boyfriend and we went to his place. I ended up grinding against him, me just in underwear, and didn't notice until later that he had precome on his boxers as I was grinding against him. I know there's a small amount of sperm in there, and not a large quantity of liquid so it can't go through clothes (I'd say it was about a teaspoon) but I'm still really nervous. My period was supposed to come yesterday (29th), so I'm already a day late. I'm nervous and was hoping you guys could help me if I should be scared! I nonchalantly told him I was a day late today but he didn't say anything about it (we went out again today, I didn't grind against him again unless fully clothed but he still had precome on him). Anyways, I don't have a license although I'm 17 so I can't just go and grab a pregnacy test. Should I be scared? Because I am nervous! Obviously! Sorry for the long post! I'm always regular on my period which is why I'm more nervous! Or early! Nervous! Thanks though! It doesn't matter but we're both virgins and he's the first guy I've done anything with. Please help [Smile] thanks. I think this is in the right place.

Hi Zagg, take a look here: http://www.scarleteen.com/forum/ultimatebb.php?/ubb/get_topic/f/54/t/000465.html [Smile]

Also, if you're saying you get your period on time or early, that sounds to me like your cycle isn't that regular. Have you been charting it and noticed a pattern in your cycle length?

Yes, I have a period tracker on my phone. By early I mean usually a day before the projected start date. Thank you for the link!

Even when folks have pretty regular cycles, it's not unusual at all for periods to show up a few days later or earlier than expected. Tracker apps can be really helpful in letting you see your average cycle length and preparing you for when your period might arrive, but it's not necessarily a sign of doom if their prediction isn't quite accurate.

Oh! Also for the length the period usually lasts about a week.

Yes I have! It was very helpful. Thank you! It's nice to be able to have an area to talk/ask questions without the fear of being judged and also know that you guys can help find places that will help or just offer advice/information. Thanks!
