I posted about a pregnancy risk involving manual sex and possibly an accidental genital contact for a very brief time with no ejaculate invovled. You guys were so helpful and answered each of my questions and it really was so kind. Despite the negative tests and 2 period like bleedings, I remain let's say a little rattled from the scare. I had heard of the self-care you guys talk about and was wondering what you mean by that and how you would recommend I get better at not worrying? Thank you so much!!

We have two great pieces that cover a lot of the basics about self-care, so how about starting with these?

Self-Care When It's Scary

Self-Care a La Carte

Thank you so much! With concerns about pregnancy, if I had two periods and negative tests could I completely stop worrying about that? Those articles seem very helpful! Thank you!
