I apologize in advance for any gross details. I was giving this guy a blow job, but he never did ejaculate. However, there was a lot of liquid on his genitals and my hands; saliva mostly, yes, but there was some liquid that was a bit thicker and whiter, too. I know he didn't ejaculate because, well, he never stopped being hard and there wasn't ever a climaxing point. Periodically he would wipe his genitals or touch them with his own hand, and after I stopped giving him oral sex, he fingered me. Afterwards he said that was stupid because that might have posed a pregnancy risk. Can he be right? Is there ever a chance of pregnancy if fingers have semen on them and then they get inserted into a vagina (or pre cum)? And more importantly..what the heck was that liquid if not ejaculate? Thanks!

We can't know what that fluid was. Fluids that can come for them penis are generally semen, pre-ejaculate, urine and some fluids that can occur with infections.

However, regardless, and for the future, know that especially with new partners, safer sex is important with oral sex, as it, like intercourse, presents STI risks.

Here is the information you are asking for about pregnancy risks and what poses them: Can I Get Pregnant, or Get or Pass On an STI From That?
