Hey, I'm sure this has been answered before but it's a pretty straightforward situation and should be quick anyways. So my boyfriend and I had sex using a condom. A couple hours later (and about 2 pees later for him) he entered me for a bit before putting on the next condom to finish round 2. I'm wondering if the sperm that was on his penis from round 1 was still alive and thus getting inside me as well during round 2? I'm not too concerned since I'm also on a birth control pill but I like to be as safe as possible. Does peeing flush out the sperm?

Pre-ejaculate may or may not contain sperm, there is really no way for us to tell for sure. It's generally thought that any left-over sperm will be flushed out with urination, but the only way to know with certainty would be to take a sample and put it under the microscope. This is why it's always best to use a condom for all genital contact.

However, since you are also taking the pill, you don't need to worry about this as long as you are taking your pill as directed.

Unprotected contact also poses STI risks, however, so if you two aren't up to date with your testing, you'll want to get caught up.
