Hi Loli32 and welcome to Scarleteen,

As you read in that article, dry humping is not a way pregnancy can happen.

If your period is a day later than it usually arrives, it's not technically late. Menstrual cycles can vary a little, or sometimes a lot, in length from time to time.

Here's a little more information about missing or late periods (though again, a day later than usual isn't really late): http://www.scarleteen.com/article/gender/m_i_a_or_dude_wheres_my_period
It's also not uncommon for any part of the breast to be sore before a period, though it sounds like this is a premenstrual symptom you haven't experienced before.

About whether or not the sexual activity occurred at a fertile time for you, I think you'd find it helpful to give this a read: http://www.scarleteen.com/blog/heather_corinna/2013/12/03/lets_dial_down_some_maybe_ovulation_freakouts

If you are concerned about ongoing breast tenderness or soreness, then by all means, a healthcare provider is the right person to bring that to.

Should you be concerned about pregnancy from what you described above- no, because there's still not a risk. However, sometimes a change in discharge can mean an infection of some sort. If you'd like to look into that there's an article on discharge here: Honorably Discharges: A Guide to Vaginal Secretions
