my boyfriend lied about his age and we had sex...i dont know if i should press charges or what i love him, but hes five years older than he said he was(i googled him, cuz his stories werent adding up)!! what do i do? can he get in trouble or should i just leave it...

Well, the likelihood of statutory rape being punished is limited only to cases in which the offender is caught in the act, or someone reports it happening. So, no, he is not likely to get into trouble if you don't report him.
However, if you felt in ANY way that you were manipulated into having sex with him (and yes, lying about one's age definitely falls into those lines) and feel that you were mistreated, I can't encourage you enough to report the crime.
No matter what you decide to do, consider ditching this guy. Not only are his stories not adding up, he lied about his age, and you feel uncomfortable with the findings. This is a sign something is wrong, and dishonesty on this level really isn't conductive to a healthy future relationship.
