There's no rule saying how much clothes are allowed or not allowed to come off. You are basically just not naked. And you can get pregnant and contract STDs so we do not recommend it unless the guy is wearing a condom.

ah the wonders of dry sex. Since I'm a virgin, and I'm not ready to have sex yet with my serious (and virginal himself) boyfriend, we go for this a lot. Although there is the risk of pregnancy with dry sex (be careful!) it's still enjoyable and is a lot safer than actual intercourse. You can go through the "motions" of sex with either all your clothing on, parts of it, just underwear, whatever you want. have fun with it, just be safe : )
