ok, i think these are common signs of pregnancy: missed periods, fatigue, light-headedness, frequent urination, bloating, nausea, increased or decreased appetite, and breat tenderness. but ALL of these can be because of diet, stress, period cycle, ANYTHING!!!! these symptons usually show up 3 weeks after conception. the SAFEST way to know is to take a test. good luck!
