Hey Heather, I was wondering...

Have you thought about trying to sell your book to different places? Like, a lot of school counceling offices have informational books on tons of topics, and this is definitely one that would "fit in" with that crowd.

Also, I was thinking that college RA's should all have a copy. There are so many issues that people are uninformed of and it would be a great resource for them to have and be able to reference if there is someone needing help.

...just a thought [Smile]

By the way, how are you doing??

Hey Melly, I'm fine, thanks for asking. [Smile]

Distribution of the book is really the arena of the marketing and distribution folks at my publishing company. I'm not quite sure how they manage distribution outside of bookstores, but I will be sure to ask. And by all means, when I get book promotion gigs at schools or colleges, there will be books on hand for sale.

But overall, selling the book isn't my job, it's theirs. Since an author only makes a given percent of sales, all the rest of those profits go to the other folks doing their job, so it's sage not to micromanage too much. [Smile]
