Foster care and rehab are two VERY different things.

Besids the fact that you can't self-place into foster care (DCFS would have to do that, after determining that your parent wasn't fit in the courts), many foster homes are really not great environments.

Rehab is more what you're looking towards if you have a drug problem you cannot control and you are not finding help at home.

No, actually, they won't. Marijuana can become addictive, and any rehab center will know that.

Where I'd suggest you start is with your guidance counselor or school nurse: they can help connect you to the right services.

Actually, legally, you need to be enrolled in school at 15.

If your parent also does not enforce this, nor will intervene with a drug problem, then to be frank, she is NOT doing her duty as a parent, and I *would* suggest you call your local department of children and family services for aid. Your local police department can connect you.
