my boyfriend and i have been together for half a year. He recently expressed interest in anal sex, and says he's just curious. I told him i'd think about it, but i'm not really sure what to do. Does him wanting anal sex mean he's gay? should i go for it?
give me opinions, thanks
<3 Kristina.

Expressing interest in anal sex does not "make" you gay. People who are homosexual don't exactly have a choice.

Heterosexual couples often engage in anal activity--it's subject to the same kind of attention as, say, penises, vaginas, elbows and necks.

Keeping that in mind, it is also a place much much more prone to causing infection. Engaging in anal activity SAFELY is an absolute must. This means using objects with a flared base if you want to go the penetration-with-toys route, using a latex barrier if you're doing any kind of oral stiumulation there, using lots and lots of lube at all times [it is not a self-lubricating area], etc.

Some people like attention in that area--some don't. If you're interested in it, give it a shot. Just remember to be safe.
