I am so upset. I posted a while back about this older guy that I had been fooling around with at work. Well, the other day we were in the back, and I had told him a week ago that I didn't feel comfortable with what we were doing and that the age difference was too difficult for me, but he came up and put his arms around me anyways. I felt bad because he said he loved me, so I gave him a hug and walked away.
I work at a restaurant, and we have this big walk-in refrigerator. Well I went in to get something and he followed me in. At first I thought that he was just getting something that he needed but I was wrong. He put his arms around me again and started kissing my neck. I tried to pull away but he wouldn't let me. He then started to feel me up and rub up against me until he had an erection. I was so scared I just stood there.
I didn't yell or hit him, and I feel like I should've done something to stop him, and that if I had put up more of a fight he would have stopped. I don't know what to do. I feel like it's kind of my fault for leading him on (I mean we used to make out and do some light petting before) and not fighting him off as much as I could have. I haven't told anyone about it and for the rest of the day he just acted like nothing happened. I have to go to work again in a few days and I'm scared. I don't know what to do, and I'm really embarassed about the whole thing. I just want to know what I should do or say to him to make him stop.

1st off, this wasn't your fault. You told this man that you felt uncomfortable with what was happening. I think you should tell some else because this is a kind of assult.Try telling your boss. Just because you didn't put up a fight didn't mean you were leading him on.

If this doesn't qualify as some kind of assault, then at the very least, it qualifies as sexual harassment. don't blame yourself for any of this, you told the guy you were uncomfortable. Now you gotta report this to your supervisor. The dude totally overstepped his bounds and deserves to get his arse FIRED. He had no right to do that, and allowing him to stay at your job will only create a hostile environment.

and never ever get involved with coworkers ever again. it's really bad for business.
