Heres my problem. I dont have a problem getting girls, i hook up often but ive only had 3 GFs and the relationships werent serious at all. ive been talking to this girl but im having trouble keeping a conversation, can you help me out?

It's all about areas of common interest.

Like music? TV? Sports? Aristotle? Try one. Start a debate. Ask about her.

And, also, try to eliminate monosyllabic answers from your vocabularly. Things like "Yeah" "Uh huh" "ok" and "sure" don't help conversation a whole lot.

Really, just be yourself and have conversation as you normally would with one of your friends.

If you really need some new ideas, try a question book. There's a really good one called "If." There are also If 2, 3, and 4 I think. They are basically conversation starters.

If you can't find anything to talk about, maybe try an activity and see what comes out of that. Go bowling or visit a garden. Or maybe do something with a group of people so you both might be a little more comfortable talking to each other.

Pay attention to what someone is really trying to say. Try to be observant. People love that.
