I guess mine was when my boyfriend came over and I got him to look at my baby stuff, and he helps us decorate our christmas tree, and he really opened up to me more than he ever has.

Star2Be, yeah, I always endorse the supermarket as a great place to take a date. You learn a lot about a person by what they pick out. my guy always picked out the best fruits and veggies and fine wines, while I'd always come back with a carton of orange-tangerine juice and a bag of chips.

Best date? Prom was nice. I met my prom date at Science Bowl where, as team captain, i totally walloped his team. But he was really good at astronomy, so instead of staying in and dancing, he took me out to the garden and pointed out constellations to me. Then we sat at a table and talked by candlelight. but being the pyromaniac i am, i started lighting everything i could get my hands on on fire.

Then there was my first date with a boy who stayed with me for a good year and a half -- before deciding he was bored with me, and he dumped me a few weeks ago ... but i digress. Anyway, i told him to "surprise me" so he took me to a nice restaurant a few blocks from my apartment. but not before greeting me at the door with an iris, and a grin (and a dinner jacket that was way too big for him; he borrowed it from his roommate). and he proceeded to kiss off every last smudge of lipstick i had just applied about 5 minutes earlier.

I bust my arse so that I can get somewhere in life, so why am I not there yet?

I've never had a really good/memorable date... the best times that I have with my boyfriend are when we're just hanging out at friends houses. We have the same group of friends and it's so much fun. I must say that doing errands together is fun. My boyfriend and I get silly together. I love dances though; homecoming, turnabout, etc. I love getting all dressed up and having my boyfriend be like "Wow, you look good!" (Major self-esteem boost). Oh and the beach. My friends and I hang out at the beach sometimes.

The best date I had was just this past weekend. I'm not sure you could call it a date, but oh well. WE went out to a couple of the playgrounds and ran around. And later we ended up walking around the lake here. It was definitely the best to be able to just cut loose and act like a little kid again. To bad winter is coming and we won't be able to do that again until the spring.

My best date was in Paris! HOw classic is that? I was living there as a student and I met this guy at this cafe and he wanted to take me sight-seeing! Being from california I wore flip-flops! Stupid me, flip-flops are not ideal for walking in the city or rainy weather! Well, it was nice out when we met each other at a metro station but as soon as we got out, it started raining! argh. He is like, way taller than me so he wrapped his arms around me as we walked and it was soo sweet. We just spent the whole day together and ended it with some ice cream while watching this guy play old Bob Marley songs on his guitar next to the Seine River.
