Condoms are expressly designed to contain any fluids inside them.

I hear you expressing concern about fluids INSIDE the condom in terms of a pregnancy risk. But fluids inside the condom are where they are supposed to be for a condom to do what it does to reduce those risks.

So, not only can we obviously not have any idea what was inside a condom by guessing -- though your partners vaginal fluids certainly could not get inside of it if you were wearing it, and friction does make fluids froth up as a given -- I'm not sure why you'd need to know that in the first place?

only asking because the fluids were frothed up all the way down the shaft of the penis, should that cause concern or is it perfectly normal?

Again, there is no cause for concern about fluids INSIDE a condom.

When fluids are inside the condom -- anywhere inside the condom -- that's the condom doing its job.

just had one more question which i forgot to post the other day, if some fluid did seep out of the base of the condom would there me much chance of her getting pregnant from that even though i never came inside of her or never got semen anywhere near her?

Unless the condom comes off completely, you really don't need to worry about any fluid seeping out around the base. Condoms keep fluids in, that's what they're designed to do.

If you used a condom, and it did not break or slip off, AND you withdrew before ejaculation, then pregnancy is not something you need to be concerned about.
