i did another pregnancy test around 5 weeks after the intercourse. and it came out negative. but then i waited like 2 hours and then when i checked the test against the light there was a very thin grey line but it was more of a shadow. is the negative result reliable now ? and i havent really had any symptoms at all so far. thank you

If you look at the directions on the test, most of them will say you can't look back on them because as the test dries out, it then no longer as accurate results (which the urine will begin to dry and change some as it collects and grows bacteria). So the later result is NOT accurate but the precious negative you say certainly would be.
