I know withdrawal bleeds vary among individuals so my question is, how does one know what is their withdrawal bleed? If it comes during the placebo week? Is there a specific amount of days it should last?
My withdrawal bleed came on Thursday afternoon, heavy, dark red and bright red blood with lots of clots and cramping. It lasted until Sunday and now it's just dark brown spotting. Should it last a certain amount of days? Should I be concerned if it ended on Sunday or does this count as a withdrawal bleed?

What you describe sounds pretty normal to me. Your right withdrawal bleeds are different for everyone. Also, there are a number of reasons why one person's withdrawal bleed may be different from month to month. So it may last 3 days one month, 4, 5, or 6 days another.
I've found that understanding how the pill works and what is happening in my body puts me at ease. Give these a glance and let me know if you have any other questions.
