I think it was bacause of the friction (not enought lubrication), hopefully it's not an infection. I will go to the doctor in a couple of days but in the mean time...

I have this sort of wound in my outer labia, and I need to know if there's some kind of cream or anything I can apply to that area NOW, because it's very, very sore [Frown] My clit is swollen, that's the main reason I'm going to the doctor to check if it's an infection.

Or something like ibuprofen or aspirin? I have no idea... Any help, please? I'm not sure if this is the right board but I'm hoping someone might reply soon.

Most creams that you would be able to use on wounds on other parts of your body aren't recommended for use on the vulva, because the tissue there is so sensitive. You could try (if you can find it) a bit of pure aloe vera gel, which can be soothing. Otherwise, just keeping the area clean and dry, and wearing loose-fitting clothing to prevent friction is the best thing to do until you can see the doctor.
