Hey everyone

I have a problem. Last night my girlfriend and I had sex. We used a condom, and for the sake of this problem, let's assume this condom was used perfectly. When I was taking it off after we finished, my hand may have gotten either lubricant or a trace amount of sperm. We chatted a while, and eventually after 5 or 15 minutes I fingered her. My hand did not feel wet, but was kind of sticky near the base of my fingers. She is a few days before the ovulating phase in her cycle. Should I buy a plan b pill, or am I alright?

Hey, Car, can you start by going though this, posted at the top of this forum:

Once you do, your girlfriend -- not you, since you're not the one who'd take it -- just needs to make a choice about if she wants to use Plan B for this or not. But in making that choice, unless she's charted her fertility over many months and knows how to evaluate that charts, I'd not figure you two probably have any idea about whether or not she's ovulating, so I'd toss those ideas out, as they're only likely to make you both worry something presented risks that really doesn't.
