I am currently on the pill for birth control; it is our only method of protection, as we are both STI free. I am almost always perfect in my pill usage, though occasionally i will be 2-3 hours late. I am also usually like clockwork in that I wake up the third day of my placebo week with my withdrawal bleed. This should have been today, but it didn't happen. I took a pregnancy test that came back negative. I'm going to keeping testing in the mornings this week, but right now I don't really know what to do or why this might be happening, and I think I just need some reassurance that this is really all I can do.

Even if your withdrawal bleeds show up like a clockwork, it is not that unusual to occasionally have a bleed that is a day or two late. As long as it shows up at some point during your withdrawal week, you're fine.
