I'm on ortho tri cyclen and I've always gotten my "period" the morning of the 4th day of my placebo pills. I always got it generally in the morning before I took my 4th placebo pill. This recent cycle of pills though I decided not to take the first 3 placebo pills because I was told it did not matter. It is the 4th day and I have not gotten my period and I usually get it around this time. Is this something I should be worried about?

The only reason to take placebo pills is to make sure you keep count of the days so you don't inadvertently go too long before starting a new pack, and to stay in the habit of taking pills.
But no, there's no biological reason to take the placebo pills if you don't want to.
Sometimes our bodies do play tricks on us, so the fact that it hasn't come yet isn't of great concern. Even on the pill there can be variances in our cycles.
Are you concerned about pregnancy?
