Last Wednesday, I was about 10 hours late in taking my BC pill, but have been right on time ever since. However, when my boyfriend and I had sex on Saturday night, some of his ejaculate leaked out of the end of the condom and got onto my vulva. What do you think the risk of pregnancy is?

Aviane is a combination pill, so it's still perfectly effective if you take it within a 12 hour window. In other words, you're as safe as you were without being late, as you can be up to 11 hours late with a combined pill like Aviane.
