It is normal to not bleed, yes. It is a myth that girls should bleed the first time they have sex. When they do bleed, it is usually because they are not aroused enough, they're nervous, or things area going to rough - and this can cause vaginal bleeding whether it's the first or hundredth time having sex.

Stomach pains are not likely to be connected to sex. That could be caued by any number of things, like something she ate or premenstrual cramps. Did you use protection?

Excellent. Condoms are terrific protection against pregnancy and STIs.

The problems being the stomach pains and feeling of fullness?

They're most likely not connected to sex. But if she doesn't feel well it would be best for her to go see a doctor who can help her figure out why she doesn't feel well. There are lots of reasons why people have stomach discomfort and a doctor is most qualified to know what those are and help make the problem go away. Make sense?

It means that she should probably give her doctor a call. From what you say, she hasn't been feeling well for a few days, so it's a good idea for her to be seen by a doctor.
