I did a search and couldn't find an answer...

I gave my boyfriend a hand job in the shower today and while I'm pretty sure none of the ejaculate got on me, is there any possibility that some could get on me, rinse down with the shower water and get me pregnant? Is this something I should avoid doing in the future?

No, that does not pose a pregnancy risk.

Humans are allergic to change. They love to say, "We've always done it this way." I try to fight that. That's why I have a clock on my wall that runs counter-clockwise. - Grace Hopper

I read this, but most of it seemed to be for mutual masturbation through clothing, and we were both undressed and in the shower. So that's what worried me.

This is a safe behavior for the future?

I'm also on the pill.

You need direct penis-to-vulva contact or direct ejaculation-to-vulva contact to create a pregnancy, so yes, this is safe.
