And recently I got some of my bf's cum on my right hand and cleaned it off with a tissue using my left. After awhile (awhile being the time when we'd cleaned up and/or everything was dry) I touched my vaginal area with my left hand and found that I was still wet. I can't remember though how clean my left hand was or whether anything seeped through the double tissue.
What are the chances?

The situation you describe does not pose a pregnancy risk. So, it does not sound like you need to worry.
