I had an oral sex with my partner yesterday. She gave me a blow job but I was too aroused and cum all over her mouth.

But if, I mean if... She had any disease like HIV, will I get affected too? It strikes my mind suddenly and I'm really worried now.

Oral sex does pose a risk for STI transmission, but it's not as high risk as, say, unprotected vaginal entry.

Still, to minimize the risk for STI transmission, you'll both want to get tested. And in the meantime, you'll want to use condoms.

Not sure what you mean. From your first post it sounded like you hadn't used protection. Did you use a lubricated condom? Or are you asking about if it's okay to use them?
