Okay my period has still yet to come, it was due yesterday and im usually a little early, i know i have had pregnancy risks so i plan on taking a test tomorrow just in case, but i am so confused and stressed as to why im having a few stomach cramps in the morning, feeling fatigue, sore back & tender breasts, but no period? im just making sure these are symptoms of period because i have never had these symptoms without my period along with it im hoping its on the way but im stressing so much over it im sure that will affect it also

If you're only a day past when you expect your period, I would not fret TOO much yet. If you are having symptoms which usually accompany your period, it may be likely that you're about to begin menstruating. (And stress can be a factor that can make a period late, so try not to fret too much.) Pregnancy tests are accurate 10-14 days after your risk, or after your missed period (and I would not quite count yours late just now) so you may want to wait it out before you panic too much.
