Okay me and my boyfriend are always using condoms now when we have sex, and ive been fine but my period was due for March 12th, it is usually a few days early though, well last night we didnt have sex but we did fool around and i ended up bleeding in the middle of it, i still somewhat feel like i have it but it all of a sudden has gotten ALOT lighter and im hearing so many different things at first i was just happy cuz i though it was my period cuz it was def supposed to come any day but now im worried in case its something else! help!

Menstrual flow isn't always a constant.

In other words, we can start our period and have heavy flow, then find the next day it's light or that we have none (or see none) at all, then two days later, have medium flow.

Too, sometimes when a period is just beginning, you won't see flow yet at all, because it's still in the uterus. Sex of various can sometimes shake some of that loose earlier than we'd otherwise see it due to uterine contractions with orgasm or arousal.

When that bleeding happened, had anything happened that would lead you to believe you had an injury or got scratched somehow?

no i know i didnt do anything to scratch myself or something like that, i just felt like i was getting it and its been two days since i thought i got it and it seems gone now, but mine is always consistant im just hoping it comes back again
