I have a sore right, well pretty much in, near the little hole of the clitoris its a tid bit more red then the rest of the surrounding areas and is a little sore, the tops of the glands right below the bump are also a bit swollen and painful.
the pain and tenderness have gone done a lot though.

There's really no way for us to diagnose you over the internet: the sore could be more than one thing. The best thing to do is to get to a doctor: I know it might be embarrassing, but it's really the only way to find out what's going on.
