It's possible to be a bit sore after intercourse, but that soreness shouldn't last more than a couple of days. If, after four days, there is still noticable swelling and you're experiencing pain, you may want to see a doctor about it, since it is possible that your cut/scratch got infected.

It doesn't matter how long you've been having sex. Accidents like that can always happen. Like you said, it was just a simple matter of making the wrong move at the wrong time. Either way, you've been experiencing pain for more than a couple of days, which means there might be an infection, and a doctor would be able to say for sure, and let you know how to treat it.

If you've earnestly torn your labia, Chica, you will want to see a doctor to be sure the injury does not require stitches.

If that tissue is seriously torn -- if it's not just an abrasion or a very small fissure -- then it likely will not heal on its own, or might get infected, etc.
