i have a bump at the top of my buttocks in between the cheeks, its red and about the size of a small m n m, a bit smaller. it doesnt stick out that much, but it itches and bleeds when pressure is applied, like sitting directly on it, or wiping. from what i figure it looks like an ingrown hair, but its been with me for 4-5 months. what could this be? ive ruled out herpes or genital warts. because it just isnt. ive become recently worried about this because it just isnt subsiding.

It could be a hemerrhoid. Those can be treated with creams, or your doctor can also look at it and prescribe a course of treatment.

its not a hemmorhoid, a hemroid is over your rectum, and is painful when passing waste, this is more closer to my lower back, are these the symptoms of an ingrown hair? itching, bleeding when pressure applied? redness around it? and iheard it can last forever unless taken care of.

It's impossible for us to say what this bump could be. You need to see your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.
