I just recently started mastrabationg and i was wondering how you clena up semen and if some of it accedently gets on an object can i get someone pregnant?

You wipe it up with a cloth or something like that. That's it. No one is going to get pregnant unless your semen is coming in contact w/ their genitals ... And sperm just don't live that long (approx 20mins) in hostile environments. Once semen is dry, sperm are dead.
