Friday morning (3am) a friend and I had sex after a night of partying. We did not use a condom and I am not on any sort of BC. At the time, i didnt worry because it was day 2 of my period. After doing some research, i'm now worried that i might should have used plan B. Is it too late and what are my risks of pregnancy? Also, is it normal to have some slight signs of blood when you wipe after urinating the day after sex? It was the first time for both of us.

If by Friday morning at 3AM you actually mean Saturday morning, no, it's not too late, and yes EC would be advised.

As to your risk, for most women, during menses pregnancy is a considerably smaller risk, but it really depends on your individual cycles, so if it HAS been less than 120 hours, I'd advise EC.
