Last night I was fooling around with my boyfriend and things led to other things but we didn't exactly have sex. We tried to just put only his head inside of myself but with me being tight it only went about half way in. He wiped off all the pre-cum on his head before doing anything but I'm still a little worried about pregnancy =/.... please help because I really don't want to ruin my life.

There was unprotected genital contact, which means that you've had a risk for both pregnancy and STIs. You still have some time to obtain EC (it is effective for up to 120 hours after the risk) and you and your partner should schedule STI tests if you haven't been tested recently.

I'm going to link you to some of our articles that I think will be useful for you and your partner. I suggest you read them together.

Check it out;

From What's the Risk? Easy Pregnancy Risk Assessments;

If you DID have unprotected penis-in-vagina intercourse but the man DID NOT ejaculate, then you have a LOW TO MODERATE risk of pregnancy. If it has been less than 120 hours since your risk, you may obtain emergency contraception. If it has been greater than 10 days since your risk, see your health care provider as soon as possible for a pregnancy test and an STI screening.

Whether or not you want to take EC depends on how comfortable you are w/ that risk.

Your risk of getting an STI from this is probably higher than your risk of pregnancy. Even if you decide against EC, you absolutely need to be tested for STIs.

You and your partner also need to discuss protection (ie, condoms) for any further sexual activity.
