Saliva cannot transmit HIV, and while it can be transmitted via female sexual fluids, that's only a concern when it's coming in contact with your genitals or your mouth (or any other mucous membrane), so manual sex is okay in terms of HIV transmission. Practising handwashing before and after manual sex is always a good idea, HIV or not, so be sure to do that too.
