I searched the boards and could find nothing that matched my case exactly. My boyfriend and I had sex tonight using a condom. He ejaculated but we continued to go on, he pulled out and I stood up staight and then sat down straight, a few minutes later we realized the condom was still inside me, a few inches were sticking out. I pulled it out carefully, and there were no holes or tears, but some did get on my underwear that was touching my vulva immediatetly afterwards. There was not much semen in the condom, but we think that this was because he masturbated the day before. I am wondering if there is a very high risk of pregnancy, or no risk, and if I should got and get emergency contraception. Also I do not have much money, will planned parenthood work with me if needed?

IF the base of the condom was NOT inside your vagina, but a few inches out, then it is unlikely you have had a pregnancy risk. Per the underpants issue, unless they were full of semen and you put them RIGHT on, there likely isn't a risk, and even in that case, the risk would be low at best.

However, if you feel better using EC now, by all means, use EC. Planned Parenthood works on a sliding scale, so they will adjust your fees to your level of income.
