Hi,

I have a question regarding pregnancy. My periods started on 5th of this month and continued till 7th-8th. I ususally do not bleed much on the 3rd day and after that. I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend on the 13th. What is the probablity of me getting pregnant?

I read your articles about the ovulation cycle and maintaing the chart but could not understand much (To be honest, I am already late for it now). I am worried, do i stand a chance of getting pregnant??? Would the EC pill help if I take it after 36 hours of having sex? Please help me. I know it was unsafe sex, so there is a possibility of getting pregnant but what is the amount of possibility and risk. Just in case it helps, he did not cum completely inside my vagina...he pulled off as soon as he started cumming.

Also, after the time we had sex, I am seeing some white colored stick stuff on my underpants. I usually had this kind of stuff around my periods.

Awaiting a quick response... I m getting tensed and nervous.

Thanks,

firenfairy [Confused]

Unless you chart your cycles (via cervical mucus and/or basal temps), we can't really tell you your level of risk in relationship to your fertility.

But given you had unportected sex, even if he pulled out halfway through ejaculation, you have had high risks of both pregnancy and STIs. If you got EC now, yes, absolutely, it would reduce your pregnancy risk.
