so now i need to go to the doctor.
but i really cannot. my mom will freak out if she finds out i had sex. so basically is there some way i can go to a doctor or contact a doctor keeping complete confidentiality if im under 18?

Yep.

Your doctor is obliged to respect your confidentiality. So, you can go to your own general doctor, or if you feel more comfortable with something more distanced than that, you can go to a Planned Parenthood clinic or other sexual health clinic.
