Does your vulva look redder than usual or swollen? Your pain is external, right, not in your tummy or thereabouts?

For pain to occur so quickly after intercourse, I'm guessing you're either dealing with an allergic reaction or minor injury. Spermicide, a new lube, even latex (for some people) can cause seriouse irritation. Sex without enough lubrication, or that's rough or prolonged can cause pain too. You might find some comfort in alcohol-free aloe gel, or putting a cold, wet compress (think washcloth) on your vulva, and avoiding tight bottoms until it clears up.

Ask me, I won't say no, how could I?
