about a wk ago my bf and i were horsing around and he gave me hand job but i think he forgot to wash his hands or something b/c the next day the outer vaginal lips (labia majora?) and pretty much the whole area down there became insanely itchy & swollen. wut is going on????

yep, that could totally be an infection. you are going to need to see a doctor to get a diagnosis and prescription for treatment.

in the future, have your boyfriend wear latex gloves and use water-based lube. This is important to prevent scratching and transmission of germs to your genitals. as your pain is suggesting to you right now, unprotected manual sex can be a bad, bad thing.

You can go to a women's health clinic (you don't specify your whereabouts, but in case you are stateside, you can go to Planned Parenthood 1.800.800.PLAN -- which incidentally offers health services to guys, too!) or you can see your primary-care physician. tell the doctor or clinician that you are sexually active (yes, manual sex counts as sexual activity) and your genitals are sore and swollen and you suspect there may either be an injury or an infection.
