I have been on BC for a year now. Before the pill I never had regular periods at all, but since the pill, they have all been regular down to the day.

Okay, so this month I got a little confused on my pills, I missed the next to the last day (of the active pills), so I took two the last day as it said on the package.

Well, my period didn't show up last night as it was supposed to. I was sick basically the whole month and I have read that illness can delay a period (is that true?). I have only done one thing at the beginning of this month, and my overall odds of pregnancy are very slim and nil. But there is still that little 1% there.

So, do I test? Do I wait for my period? Or do I just continue along with my pills as normal?

I think you should continue taking your pills as normal, but *DO* take a pregnancy test ASAP esp since you've already missed your regularly schedule period. If for any freak reason it comes up positive, stop taking your pills and call your doctor.
