My period has been regular for 4 years and it has never skipped one. I'm worried that i'm pregnant as my period is late and i'm sexually active. However, we always use condoms and i haven't experienced any other pregnancy symptoms. Is this normal, should i be worried??

If you're sexually active, and your period is normally regular, and you're late, I'd advise taking a pregnancy test. You can buy one at any pharmacy or drug store.

An additional note on that: for condoms to be effective, they need to be used for ALL genital contact from start to finish. You may know that already, but many don't use them that way, so it's often worth a reminder.
If you always use your condoms for ALL genital contact, and they have not ripped, torn or slipped off, it is unlikely you are pregnant.
Have you recently had higher stress levels? Changes to your diet or activity levels? Taken a new medication? Had any kind of illness? Those things and more are other reasons your period may be late.
