eh so...I just want a percentage. My b/f and I were having intercourse and we party used condoms partly didn't and I am on orth tri cyclen, I was wondering what is my percent chance of me being pregnant right now, like I am suppose to get my period ne day now and I haven't been cramping, sometimes I don't, but I am scared. Also he never ejaculated in me, but I know there is still that slight chance of pre-cum and what not..I am just worried.

According to Margaret Sanger’s Disneyland - An easy chart of your birth control options, the failure rate for typical use of the birth control pill is around 6%.

"Partly" using condoms doesn't protect you against pregnancy - or against STDs. Condoms really need to be used for all genital contact. I suggest you also take a look at A Quickie STD/STI Risk Assessment as well and think about getting screened.
