Is it normal for a period to sometimes last more than 4 days? My periods usually end around the 4th day but this time I still have some left that is coming out.

Is this normal? I know periods can be early/late sometimes but my periods normally end around the 4-5th day yet I don't see brown blood, I still see red blood coming.

Any help is appreciated!

"Normal" when it comes to things like this with periods isn't something there are universals about. In other words, in terms of how long menstrual flow can last, on average we are usually looking at a window of 3 - 8 days, where anything in there is very common. However, we'll still have people outside those averages, too.

It's also common for how many days flows goes on for to vary somewhat from cycle to cycle, especially over a lifetime.
