Hello I'm 15 and terribly paranoid. About 4 months ago my boyfriend and I had sex which was when I just started birth control. I waited the safe 7 days until we had sex and we used a condom. A week later we had sex again but the condom broke before he ejaculated. We were really freaked out so we took plan b the next day. I've bled when I've expected my period but this is the fourth time it should be coming since we've had sex and it's a day late. We also took two pregnancy tests and they were both negative. We both have mental disorders(I have anxiety and he has paranoia) and were terrified because I've been feeling bloated and really sick all the time. Please help!!!

Hey Mgroves,

Welcome to scarleteen. As you seem to realise this is very much a mental health issue. It is great that you are both aware of that.

We can't really offer any help on that front but can advise you just to sit through the anxiety, and seek mental health support, follow any relaxation techniqes you have , treating this as the mental health issue it is rather than sexual health.

From that point of view I would say you have done a great job and are practising safe sex as best as you ever can... Meaning your risk of pregnancy is equally as low as it will ever be.
