Just wondering I took the contraceptive pill (Rigevidon) 35 minutes later than normal does this pose a risk?

That's well within the window of time when a pill can be taken with no change in effectiveness. With the type of pill you're taking, you have a 12-hour grace period before a pill is considered late (which is when effectiveness is compromised).

With that grace period I mentioned above, if you wanted to keep taking it at 9:30 local time, that would be fine.
