Hello! I need a little help..
I have never been involved in a physical relationship with anyone, I am a soon to be 18 years old girl and ever since I was little at about maybe 10 or 12 years old, I have been self-pleasing (I did not insert anything inside myself, I just rubbed my clitoris) sometimes I did that daily.. And since last year, I started to queef, especially when I am on my period. When I wake up in the morning and get up from bed, I queef immediately. After I please myself, my belly hurts and recently my perineum started to hurt really badly. I sat on a very cold chair, and after a little while, it hurt very badly. Is there something wrong with me? Is it because I have been doing it from a very early age and it maybe affected my body in a way.. ?

These sound like issues to bring to a sexual healthcare provider, who can examine you, and thus answer them for you.

Do you need help accessing a health care provider?

Because we cannot diagnose people via internet.

I'm not sure I understand how seeking out healthcare is related to your parents? Can you fill us in?

Just to be clear, masturbation is something very common for most children to do, and any of the issues you have been having may not even be related.

But only a healthcare provider can help you figure out what's wrong. That's not something anyone can do online.

I understand, I did went to a doctor suspecting that my belly had nothing to do with that, but they found nothing wrong with me. They told me to eat more and healthy foods.. That is when I started thinking that maybe it had something to do with me pleasuring myself..

If masturbation -- which healthcare providers are going to usually assume someone does, since most everyone does -- was a likely part of this issue, you can rest assured it would have been something they asked about.

So, you have already seen a healthcare provider about this and gotten advice from them? How long have you been following that advice, and if it's been a few days or weeks, have you been seeing any changes with these symptoms?

Ah, I understand!
Yes, well, I started today (yesterday was the day when I got my results back) so um, it's too soon.
Thank you very much, I feel a little relieved now..

Okay. So, you want to do what they've suggested for a while to see what happens. If this is about the way you eat, unless they said otherwise, I'd expect you to start feeling at least a little better within a few days.

If you don't, and don't see any improvements at all in the next couple weeks, I'd just follow up with that healthcare provider again.
