I had sex for the first time in August. A few days before I was supposed to have my period. It never came, I already checked and I'm not pregnant. We used protection too. I have the birth control pills but I can't start that until I get my period. is it possible for your cycle to get all messed up?? I have an appointment with my doctor but I won't be able to see her until next month.

Intercourse -- or any other kinds of sex -- can't change when your period happens in a cycle UNLESS someone becomes pregnant.

That said, engaging in sex can cause people stress, and how we behave differently with stress can impact our cycles, and clearly that happens plenty around this.
